We accept Credit Cards online through PayPal. We can also accept your credit card over the phone at out store. Please call 574-255-8538 to give us your credit card information. Indiana residents will be assessed 7% sales tax. We ship within 3 business days and usually sooner. Most items ship UPS. If you purchase through PayPal a tracking number will be emailed to you. Any claim for lost or damaged packages must be made within 5 business days. We stock most items, but retain the right to refund your purchase in the event we can not fulfill your order within 5 businews days. Thanks Jay

RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted with NYCT&T store receipt only. Store warranty if applicable is good for 15 days from date of purchase We require a 15% restocking fee on new items purchased at NYCT&T and returned for refund. Any items purchased new at our store that we determine to have been damaged after the sale, or have been heavily or improperly used, cannot be returned as new.
